Welcome to Vionza ES. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at zyla.nova01@gmail.com. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is the result of our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Vionza ES will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving your order.
