Browse our collections, select your items, choose size/variant, and click Add to Cart. When ready, click the cart icon and follow the secure checkout steps to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and Shopify Payments for a safe and secure checkout experience.
Please note: We do not accept PayPal. Due to a number of fraudulent chargebacks and scams associated with PayPal transactions in the past, we’ve temporarily disabled PayPal to better protect our customers and our business. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes — when your order ships we send you a tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery progress.
6. What is your return/exchange policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that payment provider processing times may vary.

11. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes. On sold-out product pages you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications to be alerted when an item returns.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at zyla-shop@zyla-shop.com for cancellations; after the 2-hour window we may already have processed or shipped your order.

Absolutely. We source all beauty and cosmetic products from reputable suppliers and ensure they meet applicable safety and labeling standards.
14. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
